Cabanes d'Orny and du Trient
A demanding out-and-back onto the edge of the Trient plateau, with two SAC huts, a fringe of granite spires and views straight into the Massif du Mont Blanc.
Cabanes d’Orny and du Trient
A pilgrimage across the granite for anyone who likes rock. From La Breya the path traces the Combe d’Orny to the Cabane d’Orny, then steps up to the Cabane du Trient right on the edge of the plateau. The Aiguilles Dorées and du Tour turn pink at sunset, and the Trient hut is one of the best places in Valais to see it.
